Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication in Bangalore

The Setup Company designs, fabricates and installs custom exhibition stalls for trade shows, conferences and MICE events. Every stall is built in our own 20,000 sq ft factory in Rampura, Bangalore, by an in-house team of 50 carpenters, fabricators, painters and technicians, so you deal with one team from first drawing to final dismantle.

What we build

Custom stalls of every size, from compact shell-scheme upgrades to large island and double-decker booths. We build product display counters, digital kiosks and screen walls, meeting rooms and lounges, storage, branded fascia and lightboxes, and award-winning feature stalls.

Materials and finishes

We work in wood and laminate, metal (MS and SS frames, trusses and welded structures) and acrylic with LED lighting (backlit signage, LED edging and acrylic letters). Because all three are made in-house, finishes stay consistent and last-minute changes are easier to handle.

How a project runs

Share your stall size, show dates and brand guidelines. We prepare 3D drawings and costing, fabricate at our Bangalore factory, then transport, install at the venue, support you through the show and dismantle afterwards. A standard stall typically takes 10 to 15 days from approved design to installation.

We are based in Bangalore and build stalls for shows across India's metro cities, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should we book a stall?

Ideally three to four weeks before the show. A standard stall takes 10 to 15 days to build once the design is approved.

Can you work from our agency's design?

Yes. We regularly fabricate stalls designed by event agencies, or we can prepare the design for you.

Do you handle installation and dismantling?

Yes. Our team transports, installs, supports the stall during the show and dismantles it afterwards.
