Custom Installations & Display Fabrication in Bangalore

The Setup Company builds one-off installations, sculptures, photo booths, entry arches and seasonal decor for brands, venues and offices. Every piece is designed to your brief and fabricated in our own 20,000 sq ft factory in Rampura, Bangalore, by an in-house team of 50 carpenters, fabricators, painters and technicians.

What we build

Illuminated sculptures and light installations, branded photo booths and selfie points, entry arches and walkways, giant 3D letters and logo signage, neon and LED feature walls, retail display units, and Christmas and festive decor for offices, malls and storefronts.

Materials and finishes

We work in wood and laminate, metal (MS and SS frames, trusses and welded structures) and acrylic with LED lighting (backlit signage, LED edging and acrylic letters). Outdoor pieces are built and finished to hold up to weather for the length of the event.

How a project runs

Share your idea, reference images, location and date. We prepare drawings and costing, fabricate at our Bangalore factory, then transport and install on site. Most installations take 10 to 15 days from approved design to installation; larger or seasonal projects are planned back from your launch date.

Where we work

We are based in Bangalore and install across India's metro cities, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata, as well as event venues such as Goa.

Yes. Many clients come back for Christmas and festive decor each season, and we can store and refresh reusable pieces.
