Event Set & Stage Fabrication in Bangalore
The Setup Company builds and installs event sets for corporate conferences, car launches, award nights and brand activations. Everything is fabricated in our own 20,000 sq ft factory in Rampura, Bangalore, by an in-house team of 50 carpenters, fabricators, painters and technicians, so quality, finish and timelines stay under one roof.
What we build
Stages and backdrops, LED-screen surrounds, car launch and reveal sets, display podiums and light frames, registration desks, photo walls, branded entry arches, lounges, demo counters, experience zones, and themed decor for gala dinners and award shows.
Materials and finishes
We work in wood and laminate, metal (MS and SS frames, trusses and welded structures) and acrylic with LED lighting (backlit signage, LED edging and acrylic letters). Doing all three in-house lets us deliver illuminated logos, curved walls and clean joinery without outsourcing.
How a project runs
You share the brief, venue and event date. We prepare drawings and costing, fabricate everything at our Bangalore factory, then transport, install on site and dismantle after the event. A standard set typically takes 10 to 15 days from approved design to installation; larger builds are planned back from your event date.
Where we work
We are based in Bangalore and deliver events across India's metro cities, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata.
Recent work
Our event projects include Zoholics 2024, the Lamborghini Temerario launch, MG Motors dealer events, the Ola Experience Zone and the Audi Q5 launch. Event agencies such as Prominence, Wizcraft, Shobiz and Neoniche work with us as their production partner.
